The Referral Partner Program is separate from the Agency Partner Program. Referral Partners introduce customers; Agency Partners manage properties.
Who can become a Referral Partner?
Freelancers, consultants, sales professionals and people with strong hospitality or local-business networks can apply.
Do I need a company?
No. Individuals can apply.
How do I know a customer was referred by me?
Approved Referral Partners use tracked referral links, referral codes or a documented manual attribution process.
When do I get paid?
Commissions are reviewed monthly. Once your payable balance reaches €40, it is included in the next monthly payout. Lower balances roll forward.
How is commission calculated?
Referral commission is 20% of qualifying tax-exclusive Chat and Avatar subscription revenue during the customer's first 24 months. Payment-processing fees are not deducted. There is no setup fee.
Can I refer agencies?
Yes. Agencies receive annual per-property pricing across six volume bands. New activations use the band for the resulting active portfolio, and qualifying launch subscriptions keep their introductory rate while continuously paid, active and on the same plan.
